The original Ol' Smoothie.This classic knife has a 1/2" barrel diameter and is fully adjustable to meet large and small hands. Like all our knives, it's got extra smooth action for easier turning when carving.

REGULAR (or standard) Knives have a 1/2" barrel diameter and a standard size finger cradle.
Comes in two sizes, SHORT and TALL. Adjustable for height to fit your hand. The workhorse of swivel
knives.

TALL Reg. Barrel and Cradle Length: 2 1/2" (Extends to 3 5/8".)
SHORT Reg. Barrel and Cradle Length: 2" (Extends to 2 3/4".)

NOTE: All knife measurements will be from where you would rest your fmger in the curve of the cradle to the end of the knife barrel- not including the blade itself. All measurements are approximate.
